Hi, I'm Zevan. My parents like Z-names for some reason. My big brother is named Zander.

My full name is Zevan Alexander Carpio Scott. My dad is Douglas Alan Scott. My mom is Maria Zenaida Carpio Scott, but everyone calls her Maida. Carpio is my mom's maiden name, and it's a Filipino tradition to have my mom's maiden name as one of my middle names.

When my mom was pregnant with me, she had to go on bedrest because I wanted to come out too early. Her friends and family helped her out and I was born full term.

My Favorite Things
December 2005

September 2005
I love all music. Especially the alphabet song. I love to dance to it and I can sing it, too. My favorite part is the end, where I can do the big finish - "next time won't you sing with meeeeeeeeee!" (and I like to throw both hands in the air for this part)

August 2005
I am wacky - and I love to wave my arms around to show you. And I can do my happy feet dance for you, too.

I love when grandma and grandpa bounce me on their knees and say a little rhyme, "Riding the horsey all over town; Giddy-up, giddy-up, don't fall down!" I like to go down the slide, and close my eyes every time. I can make car noises and animal noises, but it all sounds the same to everyone else.
